Tellanto utilizes software and full-time staff to operate the property effectively. This includes cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, accounting, noise detectors, and marketing. We take on the full management and you only have to receive the profit.
Tellanto works on a no-cure no-pay basis. That means that we only charge a management fee if you succeed. We are so certain you will succeed that we do not charge if your occupancy is below 40% per month.
