The accommodation is located in Laureles, one of the safest neighborhoods in Medellin. The street is full of residential buildings and offices, meaning there is 24/7 security in the street. On the corner there is a store where you can buy beers, fruits, drinks and more.
The student house is located 2 min from the highway and 10 minutes from the metro station, this allows you to easily go to Poblado or anywhere else in Medellin.
Near the house there are many little stores to do groceries. Within 10 minutes walking there is a large mall called Unicentro with restaurants, clothing stores, large grocery store and more. In Laureles is calle 70 where you will find all the bars and restaurants. This is just 13 minutes walking.

Most companies will be in Poblado or between Poblado and Laureles. To get there it takes about 12 minutes by car or 40 minutes with the metro.
