Casa de Diviertas is a fully furnished student house in Guadalajara with everything you need to have a good stay in Mexico. It has 6 single rooms and a terrace at the back of the house. There is a garage where you can store bicycles as well.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all kitchen equipment It has 3 bathrooms with shower and a bath, a large and comfortable living room with a large screen to watch movies. The house is maintained every semester, so all spaces are in good condition and comfortable. There is no doubt you will not get to meet awesome locals and internationals at Casa de Diviertas.
The owner owns a travel and tourism agency where you can opt for exclusive benefits and discounts for you and your friends. In addition, we regularly organize activities with students who live in any of the other 4 houses that belong to the owner.
The furnished student house is located at Chapultepec in Guadalajara where you will find bars, restaurants, cafe’s, banks, pharmacies and many activities to do at any time of the year. At only 15 min away there is a supermarket where you can buy anything you need.
It is also in a good location for public transportation with easy access to commute. ITESM is 40 minutes, Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara is 20 minutes and The University of Guadalajara is even doable by bike with only 7 minutes.
