Casa Tellanto Bogotá is an 8-room apartment in one of the safest areas in Bogotá called El Chico in Chapinero. Each room is equipped with high-quality furniture, a beautiful warm wooden floor, comfortable bedding, and blackout curtains that do not let any light through. 

The apartment is like new and was designed with you in mind. All the furniture pieces are comfortable and provide more space than you luggage you could bring.

The street and neighborhood

El Chico is a beautiful and peaceful area in Bogotá. It’s considered one of the safest neighborhoods in Bogotá. The Tellanto house is located in a very residential area with high-end apartments.

On a 10-minute walking distance, you will arrive at the so-called ‘Zona T’ with restaurants, bars, stores, shopping malls, and more entertainment. Around this area are many offices, so great for interns and expats. 

The universities are mostly located more in the south of the city. These are a little further away from Casa Tellanto Bogotá, but that area is considered much less safe and students often prefer to travel 10 minutes longer but live in a safe area. 

Entertainment

The house is located near Zona T, which is an area with all the nightlife in Bogotá. Full of international and local bars, restaurants, and shopping malls. It’s the place to be!

Universities

The largest universities and the distance are:

  • Universidad Nacional de Colombia: 11 minutes by car
  • Universidad de Los Andes Colombia: 17 minutes by car
  • Pontificia Universidad Javeriana: 13 minutes walking

Most internships and offices are located around the house. The location is great of intern and young professionals.
